Rapid Prototyping
We are frequently asked to assist customers with prototyping new product ideas. We offer a variety of rapid prototyping solutions to help you validate the form, fit, and function of your future injection molded part designs. Prototyping methods are often a temporary solution when "speed to market" is a priority.

Whether you need two parts or 200, Bess can meet your needs quickly. Please schedule a consultation, and we'll recommend the best prototyping process for your needs:
SLA (Stereolithography) – Provides a functional 3D solid model generated from a CAD file for initial review of your design concept. SLA is considered the industry standard for rapid prototyping today.
3D printing – At the forefront of additive manufacturing, it's arguably the fastest way to turn a 3D CAD model into a physical part.
Casting polyurethane – A very effective prototyping method for producing small quantities of parts (2-20) while offering a wide range of hardness and color options.
CNC machining – This method is an option if you don't have a complete 3D CAD model or need a shape manufactured in a specific material.
Low-cost injection molding – Undoubtedly the most advanced prototyping method. This method is often the best choice for critical applications, when other options may be too limited, or when you're ready to take this step and need a large number of parts.
