Support

FAQ

Q: Do we provide injection mold services?

A: As part of our production partnership, we offer comprehensive injection mold reconditioning and maintenance services. We provide comprehensive technical support at every stage of the mold lifecycle, ensuring the highest production quality and minimizing downtime.

Q: What materials do we use in production?

A: We use a variety of plastics in our production, including polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). We also implement projects using aluminum alloys.

Q: Can I consult with you about my ideas before production begins?

A: Please contact us—we will be happy to advise you on material selection, functionality, and product shape optimization to best suit your needs.

Q: Can I use my own injection molds for commissioned production?

A: In addition to implementing the process from scratch, in a second cooperation model, we utilize customer-provided molds for serial production. We maintain a sufficient inventory of molds for current orders, ensuring production continuity and complete control over the process.

Q: Can I just order a mold without further production?

A: We offer a comprehensive service, from design and development, mold fabrication, test molding, to mass production. The molds we manufacture are for internal production use only and are not sold to other suppliers.

Q: Can you create prototypes?

Yes, we can. Prototyping is an integral part of the design and modeling process, allowing for proof of concept before mass production begins.

Q: How long does it take to create an injection mold?

A: Injection mold production typically takes 5 to 14 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the part.

Q: How many production cycles can an injection mold last, and what is its service life?

A: The service life of an injection mold, which refers to the number of cycles it can complete during production while maintaining the required quality standards, ranges from 100,000 to 1.5 million. This parameter depends on the material used, the demolding method, and the type of plastic.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: The minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces, but quantities can be adjusted based on customer needs.
